1. Acceptance

By using vvslabjewelry.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We describe every piece with material, stone type and dimensions on its product page. Photography reflects the actual product as closely as possible; minor variation in natural stone patterns is normal.

3. Orders and pricing

Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g. suspected fraud or pricing error) and refund in full. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.

4. Payment

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never store your card number.

5. Intellectual property

Content, images and product designs are the property of VVS Lab Jewelry. Please don't copy, redistribute or use them without written permission.

6. Liability

We're not liable for injury caused by improper use of jewelry (e.g. sleeping in earrings). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

7. Governing law

Any dispute is governed by the laws of the state in which we operate. Small-claims arbitration first, then court if unresolved.
