Cancellation Policy

Cancel before dispatch

You can cancel any order for a full refund as long as it hasn't yet been dispatched. Once it's on a truck, follow our Returns and Refunds process instead.

How to cancel

Email support@vvslabjewelry.com with your order number. We usually process cancellations within one business hour.

Custom orders

Custom pieces can be cancelled before we begin production (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Once casting starts, they become final sale.

Refund timing

Cancelled orders are refunded immediately to your original payment method. Card refunds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
