Returns and Refunds

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund, as long as:

• It's un-worn and in its original box
• All tags and certificates are intact
• It's not a custom or personalized item

How to return

1. Email support@vvslabjewelry.com with your order number
2. We'll send a pre-paid return label
3. Drop it off — we process the refund within 3 business days of receiving it back

Custom items

Custom grillz, personalized pendants and made-to-order engraved pieces are final sale once production begins.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
