How Custom Grillz Are Made: Mold to Mouth
The full process behind custom teeth grillz: dental mold kits, casting, stone setting and getting that perfect fit.
Step 1: The Mold Kit
After you order, we ship a dental-grade mold kit to your door with putty and trays. You bite in, hold 3 minutes, and ship it back with the prepaid label.
Step 2: Digital Scanning
Your mold is scanned into a 3D model. Every ridge and gap of your teeth is mapped so the grillz snap in perfectly and stay put.
Step 3: Casting
We cast in 925 sterling silver or solid gold depending on your order. Each tooth is shaped individually then joined into the set.
Step 4: The Ice
For VVS sets, each moissanite stone is hand set in prongs. A full 8-tooth set carries 200+ stones, each one placed under magnification.
Step 5: Polish and Ship
High polish finish, quality check, and shipped in a travel case. Total turnaround: 2-3 weeks from the day we receive your mold.
